I was contacted by this guy name Brian Anderson working for Platinum Advantage saying that i had applied online for this, my credit isn't as good for a credit account but it is good for a bank/merchant account, he talked very fast and kept interrupting me when I would ask a question, and he wouldn't answer it, he would start talking about something else, he was very pushy, i asked why he needed my account info or my moms maiden name, he made me sound like i was unappreciative. I went threw the verification with him so fast I didn't have the time to think about it, I was asking him where I could use the card and he hung up on me, I then called back to the customer service number he gave me and asked this gentleman about it, the mans name was David Simms, he asked me why I ddn't ask the first guy the question. I told him he hung up on me and I am calling to cancel it. He assured me that it is canceled. I asked him for a cancellation number, David told me that it is the same as the verification number with a suffix then cancel. He told me I have nothing to worry about, not to loose any sleep. I don't believe him.
