I couldn't believe my recent statement from my Washington Mutual Credit Card stating that my interest rate would go up dramatically starting May 30. I've been with them for over a year and have always paid on time and have always paid more than triple my minimum payment due. What the hell is going on? They did give me an option to close the account and keep my current terms. Well, they just lost a good customer.
