I had applied for a PDL and never chose to complete this. I never got any money. They are automatically debiting my checking account

I was exploring the using of a pay day loan. Applied to 500 fast cash. I was aaproved but never completed the transaction. Never receiverd any money. NOW they are debiting my checking account. I am changing my accounts at my bank and reporting them to the bank.
