Dear Ex-Employee...
This message is for all the ex-employee's that are currently posting here; but especially to the individual that I lashed out at in my last post.
Let me explain to you my anger. I turned to Gibson Trust for help, like all of their clients. For this reason, I was gullible and naive enough to trust everything Mr. Robert Boots had to say about this company. For the two years that I have been a client, it has been one lie after another, and I feel justified in saying that. But now, I have a little baby to care for, whom I love with all my heart and soul. Since money is somewhat tight in my household, especially after adding diapers and formula and so on to the shopping lists, we value every dollar.
That, dear ex-employee, is why I cried my heart out after having to spend every dime of the money I had saved ALL year long on past-due accounts and late fees that were unjustified. This is money I worked overtime for in order to make my little boy's first Christmas unforgetable. May I tell you how much of that money is left now? None. Absolutely none. I called Gibson Trust last week and received a call back, finally, on Thursday. I was told to send a certified letter requesting just one payment be refunded to me, out of all the money that was stolen. I clung to the hope that I would recieve this by Christmas in order to make up for what I lost.
Forgive me for lashing out at you. I can appreciate you coming here and providing the information you do. Temporarily, I was blinded by my tears.
