Diane Guetzel and Robert Nielsen over stated my boyfriends income by triple. Threatened to sue when we were backing out of the sale because they lied and said both of us would be on the mortgage and than told us the day of closing that I would not be. They pulled out the page on the loan application with the income on it so we did not see it until recently when we requested a copy from the current mortgage company.
Diane and bob advised that they were realtors for college city homes and recently we found out that Robert was the loan officer for our mortgage and Diane is actually co-owner of first national mortgage, this information was not disclosed to us.
These two individuals need to go to prison and never be able to work in the financial field. They ruined our lives and will ruin many more if they are not stopped now.
