Ripoff Charged $49 fee Check Cash on 10-23-02 never received Platnum Credit Card which was promised for credit of $5000 at 0% for 1 year consumer fraud

I sent the Cosumer First, 49.00 a one time charge according to the approval I received in the mail. Check has been cashed, no reply or credt card from them.

I am a senior citzen and I feel I have been taken advantage of.

On the form that I was sent there is no phone number or e-mail addess to contact these people.

I feel this should be stopped and investigated to the limits to stop this scam.

Are we going to be able to get any of our money back or do we just chaulk it up to experience? And let them keep on sticking others with the same scam?
