Consumer First ripoff, mail fraud, false promises

I received a letter in the mail from consumer first saying i could get a credit card with a credit limit of 5,000.00 if i sent a one time fee of $45.00. The credit card would be called platinum card. The man that it says approved it is mr. Robret stephens. I have not had a credit card in a long time and was real close to sending a check for $45.00 to them until i decided to look online to check about it. I am so glad i did. Something needs to be done about them. Please let me know of any other credit card people that are scam artists.
