CIC Triple Advantage
They have been taking $12.95 a month directly from my account. I have never received a credit report from them

I kept seeing an amount removed from my account monthly that I did not recognize. It is from CIC and they have never given me a free credit report, let alone a monthly update as they claim.

In the first place when I asked them for a free credit report, they replied that I was giving the wrong information, which I was not. Then they begin to charge me for services not rendered.
