They S... U... C... K... Working in customer service myself for 10 years and 2 years in banking, I can honestly say that GE Money handled my concern/call horribly. I was so frustrated that I ended up closing the account that second. Their "supervisor" was un cooperative, rude, and did not have any interest as far as keeping me as a customer and saving my account. She alone was the reason that I closed my account. I have told everyone I know... If you want a credit card/loan... Don't do it with them!
