Sprint - NEXTEL issue

We have recieved several calls and a letter stating money is owed by us and daughter who had control of the Sprint/Nextel account for several months, upon tellin them (S/N) she was dis-satisfied w dropped calls they re did her account and said if wanted to close could. She did on 1-31-08 and HAS not recieved a Final Bill from Sprint / Nextel.

This collections agency is too premature as to starting this as Spirnt / Nextel has not complyed with sending a Final Bill. Daught did notify them of a move made near the time of the closure and as most know when u file a USPO address corrections form MAIL is to be labled w a yellow sticker forwarding it to a posted NEW address. No bill was or has been recieved by her from them.

This is now 6 weeks since end of the account and a month since the actual billing cycle ended. As such we feel they are pulling something here as NOT attempting to make intial contact NOR allowing us to see a final bill. We have sent a complaint to the ATN GENs office via email to Harrisburg.
