John Clark, E.J. Hawkins, Funding Technology aka Funeral Home Funding $25,000.00 in certified funds to secure financind and or funding for the purchase of a car dealership.
After being given the run around for nine weeks, I was contacted by Marshall, Marshall and Strong, a company in California and was told that they were forwarded all my information. I contacted John Clark and was told that their company was acting as a referral agent which was confirmed by Marshall, Marshall and Strong which was requiring me to pay an additional $4000.00 if they were to seek my funding and that they were sorry John Clark had defrauded me.
Marshall, Marshall and Strong informed me they recieved a lot of referrals from this company and that Joh Clark did not provide any of the services they claim to provide. After many e-mails and phone calls Funding Technology simply stated too bad you knew what you were getting into.
I have retained counsel in Oklahoma City, OK and am preparing to sue them as the attorney feels 100% confident he will be able to recoup the money I was defrauded of.
