Here is how you must confront this gentleman or anybody trying to raise fund for Marshall Media
1) Marshall Media has not been granted any single patent or has any IP—their claim of having any technology is bogus. They have filed 5-6 patents-none has been granted. Ask for approved patent number.
2) It made all fake press release—however press release on 2007 on infibeam HD is true and he raised money by showing HD streaming but never invested further into the technology that was needed.
3) From Dec1, not a single of its employee has been paid—some of them have been fired on 15th Jan without pending wages. As a result at least 24 employees have filed a wage claim and damage worth more than $2M with labor department.
4) Charlie Marshall never hired a professional CFO except for a month in April-his name is Dan Price. He was forced to leave because he didn't approve some of Charlie Marshall's personal expense siphoned from the company
5) Company didn't deposit deduction from pay slip to IRS, State tax, Social security. Most of its employees were not even reported as employee to employment development department [EDD] of California. Please check with EDD, State tax board of California and division of Industrial relation
