I have been a good customer for nine months until September 28. I mailed a money order of $60 on September 23. It usually takes 4-5 days to get there and posted.

They called on Saturday, October 5th saying they did not recieve payment. My balance was $258 on a $250 limit. I made a mistake and said mailed payment on October 1. My money order reciept says September 23, which is enough time.

So they add $20 late fee and $20 over limit fee. So decided that it should show up in time for October 28 due date. Well it hasn't. They notified me by mail that my account will be declared delinquint on October 28 if i don't send $40 now. They won't credit my account $60 and wait for my payment!

I have decided to wait util the 28th to see if it shows.
I was an excellent customer until they put it in collection on the 28th of last month! Isn't that crazy? Why don't they take their customers word and stop their fee penalties?

I found out they did credit me $20, but they still insist i have not payed them. They won't even investigate their processing department to see if the money order is there. It still has not been cashed according to the money order company.
