If you're considering foreign investment - think twice before you use this Company. Our experience is that when we went on the inspection trip, we were given lots of misinformation. This only came to light after we had paid over our deposit. The costs of furniture pack and ancillary costs escalated. As a result, we found ourselves in a precarious position and could not afford to pay the additional costs involved in the purchase. We had no option but to pull out of the sale at a financial loss to us. MRI DID NOT GIVE A DAMN about us or the fact that we were in a dilemma. They afford absolutely NO DUTY OF CARE to a prospective purchaser but reel you in like a lamb to the slaughter. They even persuaded us to join the "Lifetime Aftersales" and pay membership and when the sale did not proceed and we looked for the membership back they refused... So we are now members of "Lifetime Aftersales"... After the sale of what?!!! This was our experience and a lesson learned. Our advice to you is STAY WELL AWAY!
