Before i go off and accuse them of ripping me off. Im trying to settle the matter. Well i had gotten a hold of a represenative and asked why the money was withdrawn from my account, she says its a payment for a whole years membership, but tells me its 100% money back gurantee. So i tell her yes id like my money back and gives me a cancelation code to send back along with the package. So i sent it with deliver confermation to know exactly when it arrived and it arrived on january 8. The lady also told me it takes about 30 days for my refund. So i waited the 30 days and then sum and tried calling to ask about the status. So ive been calling for the past two weeks trying to get a hold of someone but never any luck. Then i find this website and see there has been a response on some of the reports from someone who works there. So hopefully they or you read this and can help me out. Im just trying to get my money back for my buisness. I just started my buisness a year ago so money is still tight. They say everything was explained to us about this but if it was they need to be a little more clear cause if they had said at any time they were gunna withdraw 364. I would have said no right away!
