RIPOFF said I could get refund within 30 days but still no check

Same as everyone else... Got the letter saying I was already approved for $15,000 credit line. I wanted to pay off some credit cards. All I got was a gold card and a catalog of crappy and expensive items to spend the money on. I mailed it back the next day by priority mail with delivery confirmation so I KNOW they got it. That was 3 months ago, and I haven't heard or seen anything from these morons!!!
