Pioneer First - First National Card
Ripoff, mislead, CCS CONTINUED TO TAKE MONEY 99.95 TWICE RECENTLY, NEVER USED THE CARD fraud business con artist dirty SOB's

I applied for a Pioneer fIRST CARD MONTHS AGO. They offered me a credit card as long as Iagreed to a one time payment of, 189.95. Iwas then told Ihad to order from therir catalogues, but with this agreement, and my payments on time, my credit would improve.

They also offered me a cash debit card which would cost me 100.00. Many months later, afrter they took the money out of my checking account, Ireceived a debit card, with no pin number, and two catalogues filled with junk, worse tha the ABC Catalogue. I wroye to them by E-Mail, when I was AGAIN OFFERED THE SAME THING.

I requested that my account be closed, and to not take any more money from me. I did not get a response. It was not until last week they withdrew 99.95 twice from my account.

I attempted to contact CCSat 1-800-717-1278. An operato by the name of " ELL ". He was informed of my situation and my account withdrawls. He told me I had a balance. I stressed to him I have never used any of the cards. He then directed me to the "BENFITS" department at 1-800279-6989.

I received a recording for hours that the operators were busy. This is a total RIP-OFF SCAM, and something should be done.
