Ripoff I want my money back in exchange for this bs catalog

I recieved the card and catalog but was tricked.in the acceptance letter it made me think i was going to get a major credit card.

I did not get this crap for about 2 weeks and i sent 49 dollars

I want to know can i get my money back

I will return this crap they sent me if i am for certain they are going to send my money
