Attempted to obtain my name, ssn, dob, and bank infomation and, would not supply information about their company

This company attempted to obtain my name, ssn, dob and bank account information. When I ask them to send me infomation on there company so I could be sure that this was not a scam, they said they did not do that. I spoke to Mellisa Thomas who told that she would not risk going to jail for 20 years for fraud.
