I just want to let you guys know DON'T use H&R Blok because they are holding my refund! I filed my taxes this year myself, because it was the cheapest and smartest thing to do. I filed on Jan 31st IRS acepted on feb 1st.
Okay, I hose to have my refund deposited on my EMERALD card and everything went smooth no mistakes or anything. Cut the long story short The IRS is saying they have deposited my 1,987 dollars on 15th 12:01 am. SO were is my money?
I'm so tired of calling 8663531266 they are no help they are treating me like i've lost my mind or something. Then every other time I call they charge me 2.00!! Hell 2 of them didn't even speak good english. How could you treat some one this way about THEIR money. Oh yeah, 8 dollars is owed to them from those calls I made today.
Nobody has answers one rep even told me it was a problem with my taxes. I said how can that be if it's already been accepted by IRS and deposited to my account. Somebody better tell me something. I'll update and let you know what happened.
