Anytime I tried to ask for a refund I was switched to a suporviser or a boss that never picked up the phone

Everytime I would call about a refund I was given the runaround or wait on the line till it disconnected. One time a child ansered the phone, another time the women could not spell my name [RICK]. By the time I got someone that could understand my problem they said it was to late to get a refund I gave up.
