AMC - Citi Residential Lending
Big Time Rip-Off

I took a loan out 5 years ago to build a house, (ARM Loan), and when AMC bought the loan, I thought know big deal.

Was I wrong they tryed to force an escrow on me when I had my own home Isurance.

Then when it turned into Citi I noticed a extra $250.00 Charge.

So I called them on it, they told me it was when citi took over they have to pay a company to drive by the property to make sure it existed.

I tryed to fight it and told them I refused to pay it, so they put it on my credit report, so I ended up paying it. My interest was over $17,000 in '07 and the principal was under a Thousand. What a Joke,
I called the Minnesota Attorney generals, waiting for response.
