Has fake banking documents and has provided and altered paystubs to lenders. Known to write bad checks from canada and skims equity on purchases in florida, california and other states. Pass on to all realtors and real state brokers. Feds are watching but can not catch this individule. He has altered sales contract and taken realtors out of the sales contracts. This individule will not make any of his mortgage payments, he will have 2 contracts and have one price set low with the seller and the other is a high number with the lender. At closing he banks the difference of the equity and runs and does not make any of his payments which it will boil down to the mortgage broker that will be questioned.
