Ripoff dishonest fraudlent

On 8/9/02 I had paid for a membership to help restore and get better credit. The credit being bad in the first place is my fault, but as of today 10/14 I have not recieved my kit, let alone help.

I started called them daily last week on 10/7. I have spoken with reps, managers and even Supervisors with no gaurentee the kit will be sent. At this point I told them I wanted a refund - since I do not feel they have lived up to there side of the bargin. They were paid in full - but have never shipped the merchandise.

Upon speaking with the manager and supervisor - I was informed in all occassions that Iwould be contacted by day end. I was patient and wanted till mid day the next day to call - and got the same run around.
