South West Financial Lending is a scam. They ask for money up front before funding loans. They told me that they could advance the money needed for the insurance policy required on this loan on my credit card. Today I was contacted by my credit card company who informed me that this is a scam and that this "broker" contacted my company to request an increase in my credit limit. I also conducted an investigation with the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions, which is responsible for licensing these "loan brokers" and SWFL is not registered with the state.
