When we became intrested in buying a small property, we started applying for loans online. My husband recieved a phone call from a lady named SARA PARKER. She claimed she was with Nationwide Lending. She told my husband that he had been approved for a loan. She went over possible intrest rates and so forth. We discussed it and decided that it sounded like a legal company. SHE was extremely nice, as many of you have already described. Long story short, THEY TOOK OUR MONEY, all $4400.00 of it.
They tell you that your approved and then want money up front to secure the loan. We had no idea that it was illegal to ask for money to secure a loan. Do not send anyone money. STAY away from anything being offered to you from CANADA. Beware of freedom financial. IF it sounds to good to be true, then it is. They will give give you options for securing the loan. A co-signer, advanced payments up front, or a insurance policy to cover the loan.
They are using fake names and addresses. I can't even finish this, I am so upset.
If you feel you are being scammed. Do your research. Contact your local police department. File a complaint with the International police, Western Union, FBI.
