Disceptive Business Practices, RICO Act/Continuing Criminal Enterprise, Gangster Tactics Sacramento

I have had a previous loan with Wells Fargo and still to this day have a credit card with them, and all of this time my bills have gone to a PO Box. I had no problems with those accounts but the customer service was horrible, that I closed my checking and savings accounts.

I bought a new Dodge Neon at Folsom Lake Dodge and the financing was set up there, unfortunately it was Wells Fargo. I have to admit that beginning in November I was unable to make to make a couple payments but did call and explain to them why. That didn't help matters, I received so many calls, day and night, I had to give my phone to my fiance. My fiance had to call the US Attorney's Office to get the calls to stop, and I got my loan caught up ASAP and was told there was not damage to my credit rating.

I went in on or about May 29 to refinance my car loan for a lower rate. I took a witness with me, and was told my loan was at a full 1% less. I waited for weeks for the loans agent to call me to come in to sign. When I finally got in touch with him the agent claimed they had to "pull my application out of the archives". Well when the finally did it was less than the 1% I had been told. I insisted on the 1% and for it to be retroactive from the day of the original application, the agent told me on the phone (speaker phone) the next day, that the original deal will be carried out and will be retroactive. But it was going to take a couple days to get the paper work done.

On August 7th I, and my witness, returned to this bank and spoke to the manager. I guess the original agent was on holidays, I told him good because I wanted a competent agent. He assured us he would personally oversee my refinancing and put another agent on my refinancing. I received a call on August 8th from the latest agent telling my there was good news I got the refinancing but due to the Patriot Act they needed a copy of a utility bill to prove residence. I told them all my utilities are included in the rent and my cell bills and btw all the bills from Wells Fargo go to my PO Box.

I have searched high and low in Wells Fargo's policies and procedures referring to refinancing and have found nothing that gives them the right to treat me this way. As far as I'm concerned this bank would rip off any consumer that is a big enough idiot to deal with them. And since car dealerships often set up the financing... That could be anyone.

If anyone else is suffering due to these gangster tactics please contact your local Attorney's Generals Office or the U. S Attorneys office and encourage them to file a criminal complaint against them under the RICO Act, Continual Criminal Enterprise.
