Copy of email that was ignored:
December 21
Let's start from the beginning:
I ordered a CD from you that involved, or so I thought, information on Easy typing and filling forms on Google or something like that. I filled in the necessary information to pay the S&H for the free CD. When I was finished, the page dropped off. I thought the transaction had failed. I was wrong. There was no confirmation page. I thought the issue was dead but, boy, was I wrong.
It seems that I never got a receipt for the CD, I did not receive any sort of explanatory email about the program. I know because I always save that sort of document. (See attachment 1)
I then, not too long after received a package in the mail that I could not figure. I was not looking for anything like that and did not know what to make of it. Seems like there was some information in the kit that I should have known about but how could I? I was billed for this kit on November 27th and billed for something else I did not know about on the 3rd of December.
(See attachment 2)
Sometime later I received the free CD which was shipped on November 27th. Remember that date? (See attachment 3) Fortunately, I shut off my card. There was some information in that CD packet that would have helped me but even an imbecile could see it was too late.
I have already tried to communicate with you by email only to be ignored. I also made a phone call to complain and was given some information about the issue and was told my money would be refunded. I was given a code during this conversation to confirm the conversation: BNK 2273.
Just send me a check for the money you took from me and I will return all of your products untouched and unused. That will be the end of the issue. Otherwise, I am going to file a complaint for fraudulent business practices with whomever I may find appropriate. This is the not the first time I have been scammed but it is the first time it has ever involved such a level of subterfuge.
