We had a date to close on our mortgage refi and I had a massive heart attack. I was hospitalized on the date of the refi papers being signed and they foreclosed on my home the day I was released from the hospital. The paper work took forever for our refi company to obtain from them. They couldn't make up their minds if we owed them the proper amount or another amount. They lost some of our payments. When they found them they were put on another persons mortgage. We couldn't get our home back and lost it because of their stupitied. This is the reason i had my heart attack in the first place due to their irresponsibility. This company needs to be shut down or make restitution for they're actions.
