Back in 2004 I done a mortgage with Ameriquest and they inflated my appraisel so bad that I now 3 years later cant get a refi. Also they ripped me off of over 2000.00. I was to recive 4552.32 at the closing and only recived 2110.00. This wasn't a refi but the lady thatdone my papres was not on the up and up with her company she done somethng that was not in my best intresting. So there for I had a Broker look at my paper work for the house and he told me there was still over 2000.00 owed to me.
I havent never recived this money and would like some information how I can get it from the company. I know this is a bad company many paper articles on them how they have really hurt many people. If there is any class action suite against them for this I wuld like that information. I will and never will tell anyone to go thru them for anything.
This company will tell and say or do anything to get your mortgage. Like INFLATING Apprisials. She put the mortagage as a refi and it wasn't it was a whole new mortgage from a7 LC and there company didnt do LC at the time they had stopped doing them. I should have knowen better but I just want the house we had been in for one year already.
