Sent Money Hoping to Release Deed to Our Land

Somebody please help we fell for their line and sent them money.
They said they would release the deed to our land but they never had it. Some other bloodsucking company CitiFinancial has it whose not suppose to.
What do we do now? Anybody have any ideas?
