In Jaunary 2008 I gace this company $750 for "due diligence" at which time they were to appriase my property and provide me an offer.
I NEVER recieved a copy of appraisal or nay other documentation as to where my money went.
They lowballed the appraisal by 70% of another hard money lenders appraisal just to keep the $750.00.
Save your money... I wish someone would have told me abou them earlier.
