For the past three years, yes three years, i have received 3-4 letters a week every week saying i owe summit apartments. I have disputed this over and over yet they continue to send me letters, they do not send me the information i request and when i call i get first names, i've gotten danita, pat-who loves to hang up on me, "mr. Brown" whom does not have a first name and 'is not at liberty to disclose to me', and david ext 751. They have also added the old apt number to my current address and reported it to the credit bureaus, which i have informed are incorrect yet allied refuses to correct this problem or acknowledge it. I have also contacted the apt building and they say "it's out of their hands". If i really owed this money the apt building would have sued me. They have no judgement against me because they also try to lie and trick you with this, and when asked for the proof i am told to contact the court myself for that information. Liars and cheats. Constantly harass me.
