I had been trying to get capitol one attorneys kramer and franks of st louis to settle with me. I made written offers on 2 accounts. I had sent them the same offer letters for 6 months straight stating send me approval letter with the amounts (which were reasonable).
I was refused even an answer from heather mcafee the account manager. It was then turned over to the civil division of the jackson county court div 25 and filed. I had 2 process servers show up at my door when i was not at home and serve my door and not me.
These process servers were hand selected by kramer and franks in the court order. The process servers michelle and rodney boxley called me and told me that i had been offically served and i could find my paperwork in my door. They told me that kramers and franks have stated this is the proper way of service of a process order. Which i knew was a lie because i have been a process server before. It is a hand to hand serve not stuck in a door (the kramer and frank way).
I had an attorney file a motion on the service in div 25 of the jackson county courthouse in kansas city missouri judge richard t. Standridge. The serve was throw out but judge standridge did nothing other than slap the hand of the process servers. He did not punish the lawyer roger m. Tubak 816-778-0603 (kramer and frank pc). The process servers should of received a jail sentence even a day but nothing. The lawyer should of been also punished but nothing.
Judge richard standridge is known to be a lazy judge. His clerks in his own office told me that he would not do a thing about this. After all kramer and frank pc attorneys are allowed to use the hallway to threaten, take ssn# from defendants. Basicly use as an office free of charge in a county courthouse. The proscuting attorneys office, the jackson county exec mike sanders, circuit judge peggy mcgraw were all notified of what was going on outside the courtroom doors of div 25 judge richard standridge and nothing was done. It is now continuing due to rotation in front of another jackson county division courtroom doors.
This is forgery. I thought id theft is a felony in this county except in richard standridge's court. Anything goes. It leads me to believe if the irs came in they would find that standridge had more money then he can account for.
I had to file 2 complaints with the circuit judge of jackson county judge peggy mcgraw. The 1st they state which was lost and again which i was out right ignored on. The second time i started notifying the media.
I did notice on the the site www.16th circuit.org where the approved process servers are on that michelle and rodney boxley had not been approved to serve for 2008 but in the future i can bet that their names will be added again to go out and forge again for capitol one and kramer and franks pc.
