Last year I went into B of A to dipute NSF charges. They told me the would be reversed. I had a check that was put through 7 times (245.00) Then my insurance payment went through, they paid it, reversed it, paid it and reversed it all in 2 days, plus charged me NSF fees (140.00).
Next I receive a letter form a collection agency, so I disputed it and went nk into the bank and again I was told the charges would be reversed.
Well Happy New Year a new collection agency called me last weekend and said the account had been turned over to them, and if I didnt pay the amount by the end of the month it would go on my credit report.
So, I call Bank of America and they toldl me since it has been over a 1 1/2 years there is nothing they can do.
To bad for us we are trying to by a house and we dont want it on our credit report. It cost us over 600.00.
What a bunch of jerks and rip-off they are.
