I received a certificate in the mail in the month of May. The certificate was from Peoples Credit First for a credit card up to $5000,00. The cerificate stated to send $45.00 for standard processing and delivery and $49.00 for rush processing and delivery. I did exactly what they said and it has been 5 months and I have not received any thing from them yet. I opened my mail today and sure enough I recieved another approval from the same company.
