This company call me at that time I was looking to refinance my home loan Mr. Russell offer me a good rate and I agree he say it will be done in few days he fax me the contract I signed and fax back to him he was calling my mother (2 or 3 times a day) to get all my information because she always do all my paper work, and deals and he call back and say that he got the credit report and that my loan was accepted and we don't need to pay December and January. We just need to get an appreciate report and they will close the loan that was in November the first week of December we got the house appreciate he call my Mon for 2 days an a roll and leave massages in her cell he wants to know if the house was appreciate my Mon call him back spoke to him and he say grate and after that he never call back so my Mon was trying to get in touch to him she call the main office because his phone and fax number that we have is not in service they give her another phone # she call and this person Alex answer and he say he will give him the massage but he never call.
