Total Scam! Austin Texas

I was checking my bank account one day and realized that something for 99.00 was cleared on my account. This was strange, I don't recall writing a check for 99.00.
So I pulled the details up and it was some kind of electronic check. I was the phisiest looking thing I have ever seen. I don't even know how it passed the bank let alone actually cleared.
In the spot where my signature should have been it said "PRE-AUTHORIZED" No signature required. What is that?!!!
Anyway, because of this lovely scam artist of a company, I have to close an account I just opened and start all over again! This is a major pain, I just started my direct deposit and everything! OMG are you kidding me right now. I want these people SHUT DOWN... If you have been affected by them please say something in hopes that this kind of thing will be stopped!
