Unauthorized Debit of $99.00 from checking account

Starter Credit Direct made an unauthorized debit to my checking account. I have no connection to this organization. I note in other postings on Google that this organization has been doing this to others for a while now and should be stopped. The web address is blocked so no contact is possible. No telephone or addresses are available on the phoney check they submitted for electronic debit.
