Bay area business counsel AKA babc ripoff from consumer rip-off fraud Internet Largo

I received a call from them saying that I was able to get a credit card for a 5,000 limit and plus a free vacation. All I had to do was give them a check for 199.90 and one for 10.00 application fee and everything would be sent.
They cashed my check and when I called them I was told it would take four weeks for everything to come, but nothing came and when I called again their number was no longer active.
I would like to get my money back plus damages.
