Wells Fargo Accounts
Bank reversed a credit and I'm overdrawn!

I applied a $13000 balance shift from American Express and transferred into my Wells Fargo Credit Point. On 12/20 the resources confirmed about the Credit Point as "accessible". I employed WFis online program to move that cash to my WF Bank Account. Again, the resources confirmed as "accessible" because consideration. I moved these resources to my WF Share Brokerage Consideration, and undoubtedly, they confirmed as "accessible". On 12/24 WF CORRECTED the credit from my Bank Account as well as eliminated the credit from my Credit Point. They didn't contact me or deliver me-any notice of the activities. These steps triggered my Bank Account to become $7000 overdrawn, plus they charged me 3 individual Facility Costs of $34 each. I instantly named a who stated she'd "examine" the problem, but she never approached me. I called again (on 12/24) which consultant also explained she'd "examine". I talked to some supervisor who stated he'd "examine". Even today (12/31) no body has approached me, and today a Bill-Payment continues to be declined and that I don't have any resources open to me. What do I actually do today? Our Credit Point and my Bank Account are ineffective since that $13000 has "disappeared". WF may be the ONLY lender that I've actually been overdrawn with, and just due to their ridiculous methods. Don't provide them with the opportunity of making use of your cash, there really are a large amount of excellent banks available. (I submitted a n/the BBB nowadays... Let us notice what goes on...).
