My Mother purchased a $25 gift card (VISA debit) from All Access for me December. It was put aside and I just came across it. Concerned that the original value was lost, given the publicity of crooked practices from gift card companies over the last couple of years, I called their customer service line to find that a monthly service charge exhausted the full value. This frankly is deceptive in that it was not the intent of the purchaser, my mother, to donate her money to this company, regardless of the fine print.
