I never recieved any loan from this company, yet today 12/29 my bank was charged 260.00 from them, I called the bank and of course the federal form you have to fill out will take 7-10 days to get to me, then they have to go through weeks of investigating this matter as well. This is such a shame not only at christmas time but with my husband deployed in Iraq as well this is the last thing I need to be dealing with. I am currently on hold on their 800 number and have been for nearly 45 minutes already. There should be something that could be done alot faster than this, I deal with USAA bank which services Military families, this is just an outrage especially since it can be seen that I never recieved any credit from this company at all in my account to document a loan from them. I am outraged beyond belief
