They are charging me a nineteen dollar fee to process a payday loan that they did attempt to approve Internet

I recieved email from them stating my loan was denied for one of the following ten reasons. None of the ten reasons would have been valid denials based on data
presented to them in my loan application. I believe they just charged the fee of nineteen dollars and never tried to process the loan. If its the companys true interest to process these loans they shold call me or email if they were lacking data to proces this loan. I have read since similar responses from other persons reagrding these practices. Also now the company is sending correspondences of how i would be committing fraud if I dont pay the loan application fee. I have been scamed. They also dont have phone correspondences and respond thru email with generic answers. Please help
