A1-leasing
Identity theft

I recieved a letter from A1-leasing that I broke a contract with them and that they want me to return all products and pay them 6,000 dollars. I never recieved anything from A1 leasing or any other leasing company. I remember a phony e-mail I recieved from someone saying that they were from ebay and that they needed more information for my account. I was new on ebay so I answered all the questions. They asked me for my SS# my bank account and my pin number my birthday and place of birth my address and how many years I lived at this address. After I did this I saw money dissappearing from my bank account and I know that I didnot owe ebay any money. I contacted ebay and told them about the email and they told me that ebay would never ask such personal questions and that someone stole my personal information. I immediately went to the bank and closed my account and called all three credit bureaus and told them what happened. After all that within a month I recieved a letter from A1-leasing that I needed to return a laptop and some software etc. That I recieved from some company called startup essentials. They said they spoke to me on the phone and that I agreed to some contract. I told them I never spoke to anyone on the phone and made no deal that important with anyone and further more I was never interested in starting a home base business so they must have gotten me mistaken by someone else. Well now the have their lawyers on my case for their money threatening me that they will ruin my credit. Their lawyer Greenspan and Douglas, Inc said they are taking me to court. Right now I am going out of mind and affraid to even tell my husband what is going on because I myself don't know what is going on. All I know right now is that someone used my personal information and I owe money that I don't know what for. I was told they sent me all this stuff I told them that all my laptops come from Dell and I have the receipts to prove that I purchased them directly from dell. I asked their lawyer to prove to me what I supposely signed and he told me he didn't have to prove nothing to me. I have nothing proving to me that I signed anything. I am in trouble without doing anything wrong. How do I get out of this. Please Help me real fast.
