Ripoff victimized many consumers

I received letter saying i was preapproved for $15,000. Credit line, and the membership fee to sent to receive my card.

I get the card in the mail have not heard anything else from the company or can fine the catalog on their website. I want my money back from this rip artist and everybody get their money and some.
