CANNOT CONTACT THEM BY PHONE THEY SAY MY CARD IS IN A BANKRUPTCY the business that doesn't give a dam

I had this credit card in a debt elimination company. I toook it out of this company.

I now cannot contact them by phone at all.

The customer service dept tells me that the card is in bankruptcy mode.

I only get voice mails when i call the # they tell me to call. No one ever calls back.

I want to make arrangements to have a plan to pay this bill or make a settlement with them. I cannot do that if i cannot talk to anyone.
