Three years after bankruptcy, Fleet Credit Card Services continues to report the account past due even though the account was discharged in the bankruptcy. Letters have been written and still they have not changed the account.
We are unable to obtain loans and a mortgage due to their failure to change the report. We are again writing them and this time if no change occurs, legal action will be taken.
