Horrible customer service, paid for a service never rendered, trying to obtain a refund since late september

I started selling insurance in July and thought it would be a good idea to buy leads, which I did in August. My whole office recieved an email advertising this company. I was the only schmuck who gave them business. Rick Chiat, the manager, was the one who helped me. I gave him 10 zipcodes of the areas I wanted leads from and paid $400 through paypa. Since then I have recieved no leads and no refund, which I have demanded. I spoke through email with a woman named Stacey Laperna, whom I assume handles billing, and was told a refund would not be an issue and she would take care of it. I have yet to recieve a refund and have sent several emails recieving no response. This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. This is not how you do business. I wish I would have found this report back in August. I am in the process of contacting them now, but feel I will just run into a dead end based on other experiences I have been reading about. If no action is taken in refunding my money I will be in contact with the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Agency. Be careful in who you give your money to. Unfortunately, there are businesses out there that are scamming innocent victims just trying to do business.
