Dex Media published advertising in their yellow pages for our business without our approval. We expressed a need to change and reduce our advertising with the new publication. Our sales rep did not return calls and just continued with the same ad. Our company never signed and/or gave verbal approval for this erroneous advertising. Dex Media continued to bill us despite our numerous objections. Now, Allied American Credit is coming after us.
